Information security is of great importance in this context. We are further developing our global security organization and are looking for reinforcement (m/f) with the possibility of part time 80–100%. As part of the global organization, the security architecture is being developed jointly in Europe, the USA and Singapore, with the respective focus on the local IT organizations.

Your Tasks

  • Transfer of requirements from the divisions and from management to our security architecture and security solutions
  • Advising management on defining the security strategy
  • Advising the business units, IT management and IT departments on security issues and appropriate measures to minimize risks
  • Taking on projects in the field of security
  • Acting as the link between strategic and technical view of security
  • Development, coordination, communication and control of compliance with security guidelines (global information security)
  • Incident response: Operations management and leadership in combating incidents
  • Implementation of certification requirements; TISAX (established), ISO 27001 (in preparation) and internal auditing

Your profile

  • Education in the field of IT and/or information security, at the level of University of Applied Science / college / university
  • Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA)
  • Experience and leadership skills in IT project management, ideally with agile methods (Scrum, Design Thinking)
  • Consulting ICT skills for security solutions and business continuity
  • Our preferred candidate has a background in software development / digitalization in addition to security specialization
  • Very good spoken and written German and English
  • Able to grasp concepts quickly and perseverance to familiarize themself with specialist topics
  • Analytical skills and networked thinking in complex processes
  • Independence, coordination skills, communication flair and ability to work under pressure
